Pigs feet soup for beautiful skin? It's true!


Please don’t get squeamish, but a soup that you’ll find does amazing things for your skin is made with pigs’ feet.  This soup will plump your skin up, in a youthful, sexy way.  Pigs’ feet are a great source of collagen, too!  What you’ll need is:
1 pig foot (available from most grocery stores, but you might have to ask the butcher for it)
Uncooked tofu beans – try to get the fresh ones in the pod.
Bowl the pigs feet for 5 minutes then drain and scrub clean (sometimes the feet can be unclean looking and have small hairs).  Then cook the feet and 2 cups of beans for 1.5-2 hours (the longer the better) over low heat.  The feet should be very soft.  Add salt to taste.
