There are foods that can prevent wrinkles on your body. Let me go over them:
Yogurt: Yogurt helps your skin to generate new cells and is full of natural vitamins created by helpful bacteria. This can help to prevent skin dryness.
Nucleic acid foods: Eating more of these foods reduces wrinkles rapidly. Japanese people eat these kinds of foods regularly and they are known for smooth skin. Foods high in nucleic acid are animal livers, yeast, mushrooms, honey and ginseng. Try it! And tell me your results after 4 weeks.
Natural fats: Chicken fat, fish skin, chicken wings and fish heads all contain natural, anti-wrinkling oils. Do NOT eat these foods fried, but rather boiled (in a soup) or steamed. Cooking this way will preserve the effectiveness of these fats. Eating them will increase the elasticity of your skin.
