Chinese weight loss secret - loss 6 kg in 5 days!


Here’s exactly what you need to eat to be skinny for life:
Breakfast
1 slice of toast with a boiled egg and a glass of skim milk. Include with this a cup of hot green tea (to help speed up your metabolism for the day).
Lunch
1 glass of skim milk and a bowl of boiled vegetables (any non-starch vegetable is fine). 1 fruit (apple, kiwi, banana, orange or pear). 1 cup of hot green tea.
Snack
1 meat product (a bowl of cubed chicken or fish is ideal).
Dinner
1 bowl of boiled or steamed vegetables and 1 fruit. 1 cup of green tea (or hot water if you don’t want the caffeine before bed).
Follow this eating pattern for 5 days and I guarantee you will lose 6 kilograms.
