I am always getting asked by people how much sleep they should get. I get a lot (sometimes as much as 12 hours!), but I do not think it is necessary to sleep this much to see benefits to your beauty. Most working girls can get 8 hours, and I would say this is a minimum. But I always find that if I sleep 8 hours a few days in a row, I can see signs of sleepiness in my face.
Try to make your bed comfortable. Use soft blankets and fluffy pillows. Sleep on your back as much as you can (if this is not comfortable at first, don’t worry, you will get used to it!) Get some natural scent (flowers are great) and get into the habit of reading something light 10 minutes before bed to get your mind off of the day’s events. Wear comfortable pajamas and change your bedding regularly.
Doing this will help all areas of your body!
