A secret Chinese vegetable that reduces wrinkles


I want to tell you about a Chinese vegetable that reduces wrinkles. This vegetable is called a ‘suh gwa’ (‘towel gourd’ in English, strange name!!) and has a long Chinese history of keeping facial skin smooth. Here’s a story about this vegetable:
There was once an old Chinese man (around 80) who had incredibly youthful skin. His secret was that he spread he spread the towel gourd’s innards over his face everyday.
Every Chinese person knows this story, and now you do to.
To use this secret for yourself, pick up a towel gourd (just say ‘suh gwa’ to the story owner) and peel it. Crush the inner pulp to make a paste and spread it over your eyes and facial area for 15 minutes, then wash off. After a few days, you will see a huge improvement in your skin’s quality.
