Natural honey for weightloss


For quick weight loss, try this: one day per week, just drink natural honey in boiling water instead of meals.
Am I crazy for suggesting this?
Maybe! But it works. The honey in the water will give you energy and keep your stomach from growling. Having a day like this to give your body a break from eating is an excellent way to detox your body and to quickly shed a few of those extra pounds.
I do not recommend doing this more than once a week. Try it! You’ll be losing tons of weight in no time.
